We are on the hunt for **energetic, fun and motivated leaders** to join our retail management team at Christchurch Airport in 3 critical roles across our Travel Essentials & Specialty concepts including **Relay**, **Naturally New Zealand**, **All Blacks** and the **Travel Store**.

As a **Store Manager**,** **you will be tasked with assisting and supporting the leadership team to maximise sales opportunities and achieve a world-class standard of customer service excellence by providing our retail sales team with coaching and development.

**We are looking for leaders who will**:

- Provide a high standard of customer service and be a true brand ambassador
- Manage the stores effectively and efficiently
- Lead from the front, provide constructive feedback, ensure all team members are motivated and perform tasks according to standards and procedures, and rectify performance issues
- Maintain a very high standard of store presentation, stock management and security

**To be successful you will have**:

- A strong track record in retail or hospitality operations with at least 3+ years in a managerial position
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Full P&L exposure and experience managing wage budgets
- Experience rostering using a time & attendance software
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal/written communication
- Good understanding of business dynamics
- Nurturing and hands on approach
- Strong motivator/experience in coaching and developing team members
- Ability to think on your feet with a real sense of urgency
- Tenacity, commitment, dedication and professionalism
- Flexibility with availability - our stores operate 7 days a week outside traditional retail hours

As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights and weekends is essential.
