**About the role**

As a Trade Sales Support team member at Wanganui, you will work alongside our account managers and wider team to service our trade customers. - Fulfil customer orders a correctly and resolve any issues quickly.
- Coordinate with transport providers to organise timely delivery to customers.
- Organise buy-ins and follow up on backorders to make sure nothing is missed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by identifying the right products efficiently, assembling and loading customer orders and processing sales documentation.
