The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining valuable relationships with customers (both internally & externally) on behalf of the company by taking personal and complete responsibility ensuring that all customer requirements are completely met.

As the Customer Service Representative, you serve as the primary internal representative of our organization, you must convey to the customer a sense of expertise in our Materials Business. They will also be responsible for communicating customer requirements to the production team, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:

- Business Support and General Office Duties.
- Acknowledge and appropriately assist every customer in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders within the measured time frame
- Ensure orders are processed within our DC capacity
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
- Attend customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- At least two (2) years Customer Service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Exposure to Sales or Supply Chain / Logistics will be well regarded
- Enthusiastic, resourceful and an organized individual that has a high attention to detail
- Professional and competent communicator (both verbal and written)
- MFGPRO and Sales Force system knowledge preferred but not essential
- Intermediate computer skills (eg. Microsoft Office and Google Apps)
