**About the Role**

This is a global product management role with key markets being North America, Europe and Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, this newly created role is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, long-term pricing strategy, refining the product roadmap, defining the product vision and working closely with stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer goals are met.

In this role you will be dealing with multiple stakeholders to help drive growth, compile business cases and briefs, and to execute agreed plans. You will be providing clarity to ambiguity regarding your product lines and be able to influence and lead the business on the product direction.

Key responsibilities first up will be:

- Develop and maintain the pricing strategy.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap.

**Your Experience and Skills**

You will have several of the following:

- Proactive, self-starter with a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to influence and lead across the business to ensure ongoing success.
- Appropriate Tertiary qualification.
- 3+ years Product Marketing experience.
- Exposure and experience in developing product pricing strategies.
- Exposure and experience in developing a product roadmap and lifecycle.
- Experience in defining product vision in accordance with customer and market needs, as well as ensuring products support the company's overall goals and strategy.
- Exposure and experience in providing product management into international markets would be advantageous but not critical.
- Ability to understand technical products, their features, and markets.
