Produce Specification Writer

We’re looking for a Produce Specification Writer in this fixed term 8 month secondment to join our Quality team here in Aotearoa reporting to our Senior Quality Specialist

Joining our team you’ll take accountability for creating and updating produce specifications.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**

You will be responsible for:

- Transitioning produce specifications from Partnerhub to Sphere
- Draft specification based on existing standards or WFC brief requirement
- Share the specification with key stakeholders and facilitate the feedback process
- Updating specifications to incorporate feedback
- Updating specifications in Harvest Mark
- Communicating with stakeholders what the change has been (including QC’s, category managers, QS, and WFC) Maintaining administration requirements including weekly updates and reports

To succeed in this role you will need to be a self starter and have a ability to work in a fast paced environment with good attention to detail. To be successful in this position, you will have experience with Produce QC operations and the buying function of Woolworths, coupled with experience with systems such as Sphere, Harvest Mark and Google suite
