An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the Property team on a permanent basis. This role coordinates operational activity associated with ACC’s Lease portfolio, facilities management, project fit-out and relocation activity.

- Base salary between $68,000 - $80,000 depending on skills and experience, plus 9% superannuation contribution.

**What will you be doing?**

Your role will be varied, but the core of the role will be:

- Managing the property inbox and managing issues through to completion, escalating where required.
- Facilitating accommodation / maintenance requests and supporting our project managers with tasks.
- Managing property payments.
- Communicating change and information to individuals, teams and the whole of ACC.
- Supporting the wider property team with administration.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Strong administration/coordination skills
- Adaptability - you will be working on large volumes of day-to-day queries as well one-off project work
- Good communication skills - you will be a good writer and comfortable speaking and writing to all levels of the organisation
- An eye for detail
- Great time management
- A basic knowledge and experience in property or assets management experience, or a desire to pursue a career in property
- Experience from within the Government sector would be an advantage.
