team and work rotating roster shiftsThe Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)
based at our new Hospital building Waipapa is a 36 bed unit caring for a wide
variety of acutely unwell patients. We want to see our staff grow so we
encourage people with professional development opportunities and support people
new to MAU to thrive in a fast paced environment.

**The Role**: Where

A Hospital Aide is an integral
communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to use their
initiative. You will enjoy being busy and don't mind that the role can be at
times be physically demanding. You will work with a diverse multi-disciplinary
team and follow a rotating roster including weekend shifts.
You will require the following

**skills and experience**:

- A high attention to detail and the ability to relate to

patients and their families.
- A good use of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and a willingness to
learn.You will be well accustomed to
working within a fast-paced environment and prioritising your tasks
continuously as your day evolves.
