Customer Service Rep/groomer/shuttle Driver

We are looking for an amazing person to join our award winning team. We are after somebody who has great customer service skills, not afraid of getting their hands dirty and also be a confident driver in all size vehicles. This is a full-time position with minimum of 40 hours per week. You must be available to work Monday to Sunday on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

As you will be welcoming our customers you will be required to maintain professionalism, display outstanding communication and customer service skills. You will also be cleaning our vehicles inside and out ready for customers to collect, processing rental transactions ensuring a smooth and efficient counter process plus driving to and from the airport with customers in our shuttle van. Additional responsibilities of administrative tasks like completing checklists and checking and completing reports will also be part of your duties.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Customer Service Experience
- A full, clean driving license
- No problem working outside in all weather conditions
- A valid work visa (If not a NZ resident)
- Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles and all types of vehicles from small cars to trucks (Only need a class 1 licence)
- Excellent team player with a collaborative approach
- Punctual and hardworking attitude
- Good attention to detail

**Hours and Benefits**Do you love selling and think that you should get paid **MORE **the better you do? We have commission based incentives that we pay out FORTNIGHTLY.

The pay rate is $23 per hour with discounted vehicle rentals as another company benefit.

We are relatively flexible with the hours and days for this role, but ideally it would be 18 hours per week worked during business hours in our Auckland Airport Branch
