**Requirements**:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar.
- Registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Patent Attorney, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Strong knowledge of patent law, patent prosecution procedures, and infringement analysis.
- Excellent drafting skills and experience in conducting patent searches.
- Proven track record of successfully prosecuting patents before the USPTO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws, regulations, and industry trends.
