**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
We are all about changing lives and creating pathways through meaningful Community Work projects. As a Senior Community Work Supervisor, you will oversee and manage community workers serving community work sentences on meaningful projects at schools, reserves, community groups, Marae and churches. You will also provide leadership to a small team of Community Work Supervisors.
With a natural style to work collaboratively and relationship management skills you will be someone who recognises the importance of the work Ara Poutama Aotearoa does and as we enter into a new and exciting era with Hōkai Rangi, bring new ways of thinking to what is already a complex, dynamic and fast paced environment.

You must work with high integrity and will demonstrate the Departmental values within your work: Wairua, Whānau, Manaaki, Kaitiaki and Rangatira.
A full driver licence including the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential.
**Utu ā-tau | Salary**
The salary range for this role is $58,313 - $64,204. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
This is a full time position over a 7 day period, although initially this role will be required to work Tuesday to Saturday.
