Restaurant Supervisor

Discovery Settlers Hotel is a three star hotel located just off the city centre. Comprising of 54 guest rooms, Settlers Bar and Grill, and a range of conference facilities, the hotel has an exciting opportunity for the right person to make their mark and be part of our hard working team.

**Restaurant Supervisor**

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the operations of the Food & Beverage Department with the following key responsibilities:

- Supervising the daily operation of the restaurant and bar.
- Assist in maintaining the stock levels and advise when levels are low
- Ensure that we are maximising revenue opportunities
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Set up and service our smaller functions
- Ability and willingness to learn any of the above if its not something you currently have as a skillset
