**The Role**
We are looking for a new Sterilisation & Dental Assistant to join our friendly and supportive Ponsonby team
As one of our Dental Assistants, you will support the highly experienced team of clinicians. You will assist them with various and interesting dental procedures during patient appointments. You will also take responsibility for instrument sterilisation and infection control and also stock control. You will be required to help at reception from time to time, so being a people person is essential.
When you are working as a Sterilisation Assistant, you will ensure best practice is followed to sterilise equipment correctly and manage infection control.
**The Hours**
- Monday - Thursday: 7.15 am top 4.15 pm
**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred
- A positive and team-orientated approach to all you do
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Flexibility to help out the team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
