This organisation is a house-hold name with a brand that everyone knows & loves Their very busy in-house Recruitment/HR team needs urgent Temp assistance until they recruit permanently for this role in the New Year.
**Hours, Location and Duration**:
- This is a Temp role.
- Based Airport Oaks, not far from Auckland Airport.
- There is plenty of parking onsite.
- 40 hours per week / 8 hours per day / Mondays to Fridays.
- Work from the office Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays.
- Work from home Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- You will not be required to work at all over the 2 week Xmas/NY period
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Admin Support to the in-house Recruitment/HR team
- 70% of the role will be Recruitment support/30% HR Support
- Working in the in-house Application Tracking System
- Post & Expire jobs in the system
- CV screening
- Contract generation
**About you**:
- **You must be legally able to work in NZ right now i.e. you must hold NZ/Australian Citizenship/Residence or a NZ Work Visa.**:
- You must be available to start work immediately as this is an urgent Temp need (i.e. no notice period)
- You'll have Recruitment Admin/Coordinator experience
- You'll also _ideally_ have HR Admin/Coordinator experience
- You'll have volume recruitment experience
- You'll be in a position to commit to a Temp role for at least the next couple of months, possibly even longer
- You'll have experience working with a Recruitment Application Tracking System
