**About the role**
We are seeking an authentic team member who understands technical aspects, is considered and confident to suggest new or better ways of doing things. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service. This is a permanent, full time role, working 37.5 hours per week.

You will work closely with experienced Managers and Partners across a variety of industry sectors, liaising directly with the clients and supervising more junior team members. You will build strong relationships with clients and ask questions that cut to the heart of their business in order to understand the risk, responding with technical expertise, intuition and insight.

**Skills needed**:

- external audit experience
- CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent) in progress
- exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- confidence with systems and MS Office suite
- advanced excel
- superb organisation and time management
- experience managing multiple audits simultaneously
- ability to have fun
