Nau mai, Haere mai, we welcome you to join our whānau in the role of Learning and Interventions Delivery Manager at Auckland Prison. In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Corrections programmes; education, treatment and other interventions to support the rehabilitative needs of tāne in our care.
Based on site at Auckland Prison this operational management role is critical to ensuring the education, rehabilitation and reintegration needs of tāne within the facility are being met through appropriate interventions. This will include the support and integration of volunteers and volunteer programmes into the facility and ensuring release to work activities are supported to provide tāne with opportunities to improve their work habits, work experience and skills to support them into employment post-release.

As a collaborative and inclusive Leader, you will be able to demonstrate strong communication and relationship management skills, including a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders (both internal and external)

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The salary range is $100,078 - $119,294 Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
