Join our team in Christchurch as a pragmatic, hands-on Enterprise Architect in a role that’s all about potential and progress.

**What you will do**:
In this new Enterprise Architect role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work under the Head of Architecture and Strategy, with really strong internal opportunities and encouragement to grow within the business. You'll work alongside an existing team, including a Technology Architect and Solutions Architect, with scope to mentor a Junior Architect.

You'll focus on developing capability planning and roadmapping, starting from where they are now to outlining a vision for the future. This role involves an emphasis on documentation, diagramming, and developing frameworks - drawing the high-level view of where the company is heading and shaping their enterprise architectural strategy.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, with a focus on pragmatism
- Demonstrable ability in documentation, diagramming, and developing frameworks for architectural strategy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- A hands-on, can-do attitude - this role is for a doer, not a delegator
- Ability to work well in a team and willingness to mentor less experienced colleagues
