**He Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a mid-career occupational therapist to join our team as a Clinical Lead (CL) working through our acute services in the Western Bay of Plenty. This is a permanent position, and full or part-time hours will be considered in the range of 64 hours (0.8FTE) to 80 hours (1.0 FTE) per fortnight for the successful applicant.

There will be an expectation of maintaining a small clinical caseload. The CL role usually oversees 3-5 staff members as part of service delivery to the acute wards.

You will work alongside other Occupational Therapists, Allied Health Clinical Leads and Team Leads to ensure excellent service delivery, development of this service and the staff working in these specific areas whilst having the opportunity to grow your toolkit of transdisciplinary knowledge as you journey in your career.
