**About the role**The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to assist the Learning & Development team with their objectives and to be the main contact for the LMS. You will be tasked with maintaining and updating records as well as adding new courses and assigning audiences across the NZ, US and Canada.

You will also support the creation and delivery of learning materials in order to build organisational and individual capability, as well as increase employee engagement. You will also provide technical writing support to the organisation.

**Essential skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent qualification
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Adobe, Photoshop and/or other creative material platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at a fast pace
- Organised and proactive
- Cheerful and approachable
- Remains calm under pressure
