**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Kaitiaki Team Leader, you will support an integrated approach consistent with Tikanga Maori best practice to meet whanau needs. Provide culturally responsive and appropriate care and support to improve health experience, outcomes and reduce health inequities. Via a cultural assessment process with Maori patients, you will provide recommendations to multidisciplinary teams that will contribute towards the care, treatment and discharge planning process.

- An understanding of Te Reo me ona Tikanga-
- An understanding of the health system-
- A relevant tertiary qualification would be preferred-
