This is a very rare opportunity to join a business with a hugely exciting 5 year plan, where the Financial Controls lead will play a pivotal role and share in the success as they grow.

You will bring your technical accounting knowledge to create a first class finance function with the Head of Finance.

**Some More Information About The Role**

Working across the whole ANZ business and soon enough across their North America and European regions, this is a key role that ensures that finances are under control and the back office is run smoothly, however, the real value is in developing financial rhythm and stewardship and will have a true voice in the business.

Key responsibilities include;
- Financial Accounting and Control
- Setting up compliance and governance
- Monthly reporting
- Strategic Projects
- Business Partnering
- Supporting the Head of Finance with growing the business into new international regions

**So Who Are You, And What Is Your Profile?**

You will want to work for a business that you can be passionate about, where every day presents a new challenge and you need to be resourceful and are happy to be hands-on. As the business grows your ambition will need to match the companies as they really want the role to develop.

You will be well organised, can demonstrate putting successful process in place and be a focused qualified accountant who can handle the compliance side. You may be coming from 6 years in a big 4 CA environment into this role or potentially a second move out of CA from a Group Accounting orientated role.

Experience in a fast-growth environment would be a huge benefit and exposure to SaaS/ Tech will help you hit the ground running in this broad role.
