THE ROLE:

Understanding drawings and specifications to determine job, material and equipment requirements

Working to a good standard, completing jobs in expected time

Complete all necessary paperwork, job sheets and timesheets

Selecting material stock

Cutting materials using hand power tools guillotines and drills

Shaping and forming cut material into products using folding and bending machines, rollers presses and hand tools

Marks out, shapes, forms and joins sheet material and other materials to make products and components

Work in a safe way, abiding by Health and Safety regulations

Maintaining smooth workflow, good team atmosphere and a positive attitude

Additional Information:

Overtime may be required from time to time, depending on workloads and project demands

Ability to work unsupervised once trained
