Workshop Light Panel/Duct Fabricator

Our client is a successful company that is part of the Elta Group with a strong reputation for providing quality ventilation and air conditioning componentry to both domestic and commercial markets.

Currently, they are looking for a skilled Light panel/ Duct Fabricator to join their team in Wellington. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining workshop standards and delivering top-notch results.

THE ROLE:

  • Interpret drawings to understand job requirements
  • Perform precise measurements, cutting, drilling, and assembly of parts
  • Shape materials using various tools and machinery
  • Follow health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high productivity
  • Utilize a wide range of tools and machinery effectively
  • Adhere to production timelines

ABOUT YOU:

  • Logical and analytical mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Capacity to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Forklift license is a plus
  • Prior experience in workshop fabrication
