No two days will be the same as this role will include elements of consumer law, privacy matters, employment law and much moreAs someone with up to 4 years PQE OR someone close to finishing their degree, full support and mentorship will be given to ensure your success.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Providing legal advice to Toyota New Zealand in order to maintain legal compliance across all facets of the business Supporting the General Counsel with legal (and quasi legal) issues when they arise Contract management including the preparation, review and negotiation of new and renewing contracts Management of expiring and significant contracts to minimise risk exposure Writing, assessing and amending promotional terms and conditions which align with current Toyota NZ campaigns and the relevant law About You This role is suited to someone who has either have up to 4 years PQE OR someone who is currently studying full time but is close to completing their law degree (ideally in your last semester).
