Auckland, New Zealand Inde Technology Full time

Welcome to Inde, New Zealand’s leading employee-owned IT consultancy.
Big enough to work with the country’s largest customers, yet agile enough to make things happen without bureaucracy.
Your effort doesn’t enrich distant investors — it rewards you.
Technically led and outcome focused, our technical experts – that’s you – lead the way for our customers, while the rest of us help you make it happen.
The whole company exists to help you, help our customers succeed.
We have a standout opportunity at Inde for a Network Architect (or Principal Architect for the right candidate)to join our highly skilled team of specialists and develop their skills at a cloud-first provider of enterprise technology business solutions.
At Inde, we keep our systems simple and agile so that we're not constrained by processes and procedures.
Rather than offering ‘out-of-the-box’ solutions, you'll have the autonomy to use a customer focused, cross-team approach to ensure we deliver the best possible solution to address the customer’s key problems.
What You'll Do Create and implement innovative, industry-leading solutions, utilising your own expertise as well as the knowledge of your team.

Engage in regular training.
Learning forms an essential part of your week.
We invest heavily in upskilling our people by funding training, exams, and any resources needed to gain new certifications We’re looking for talented people based in Auckland, Wellington, or Dunedin.
The role may also involve working at customer sites.
Inde has an ‘office first’ approach to hybrid working where people work from an office the majority of the time, with the ability to work remotely in periods when needed, for example to gain some focused work time, or when life happens.
What You'll Bring Our favourite technology is whatever works best to create great outcomes for our customers, but it is likely you will have certifications and experience in the following: Routing and Switching (Juniper, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto)Wireless (Juniper Mist, Aruba and Fortinet, cloud-based wireless management platforms) Automation (Cloud management platforms, scripting and execution environments, consuming REST APIs)Access control platforms (Aruba Clear Pass, Cisco ISE)Cloud Networking(Azure and AWS)Our current focus is to build our cloud and SASE/SSE expertise so previous experience of these would be an advantage.
Your capability will also include: Proven experience in enterprise networking and consulting.
A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to innovate.
Excellent relationship skills – able to connect easily with colleagues and customers.
A passion for technology and curiosity for what’s next.
Above everything, we’re looking for Humble, Hungry, and Smartteam players with a passion for technology and a sound knowledge of trends within the IT industry.
If you're excited about this role and think you have what it takes, but your experience doesn't align 100%, we still want to hear from you and would encourage you to apply.
Why Inde We are an employee-owned, values driven business.
We specialise in IT consulting to large, enterprise customers and are known within the industry for our outcome focused approach, and our innovative solutions.
We know that our people are what sets us apart, and our focus on development, both technical and personal, is what helps us maintain this point of difference.
We believe in the power of the collective, working together across the business, without silos.
This requires deliberate relationship building and ensuring everyone benefits from the efforts they put in.
This is why quarterly profit share, and social events are a priority, as well as a highlight.
Perks and Benefits Opportunity for quarterly profit share – because success is shared.
Investment in your professional growth and development.
Health insurance, wellbeing initiatives, and birthday leave.
Regular team events – because collaboration and celebration matter.
And we are proudly currently a finalist for the Best Places to Work Awards.

If you're thinking of using AI to write your cover letter, that's awesome - because we're all aboutinnovation.
However, rather than sending the output, we're keen for you to just send us the prompt you would have used instead.
After reviewing your application we'll reach out for a conversation if we appear to be well matched.
Note that only applications received via Seek can be considered.
We want candidates to be the best version of themselves during the hiring process.
We value diversity and our selection processes are fair, inclusive, and free from bias.
