Your oversight will ensure operational deliverables are met to agreed service levels, while maintaining governance over key outsourced providers.
As the Head of BTNZ Operations you will drive continuous process improvement in customer experience and operating efficiency.
Additionally, you will manage critical relationships with key external stakeholders and suppliers ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating operational risks.
The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of funds management and a proven track record in managing operations within a similar environment.
