weighing and measuring ingredients
Preparation for cooking and serving involves cleaning, peeling, slicing and dicing
Preparing for cooking involves chopping up meat poultry and seafood
Remove cooked food from oven and food heater
Need to clean work area including equipment, utensils, dishes, etc
Store food equipment utensils plates and silverware separately in the refrigerator cabinets pantry and other storage areas
Inform Foods Trade Workers when food supplies are low

Job pre-requisites:

4+ years of working experience in kitchen or hospitality field
Diploma in cookery level 5 or equivalent
A Reliable, friendly and professional manner
Have a strong focus on food hygiene and cleanliness;
