Marketing Speciallist

Marketing Specialist – Auckland JP Project Management, we are a growing architecture and construction company based in Auckland, delivering both residential and commercial projects across the region. We are now seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to help us expand our brand presence and accelerate our business growth. What You’ll Do: Conducts market research to identify residential and commercial construction opportunities and analyse client demand. Plans and executes marketing strategies, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to support business growth. Manages digital marketing channels including social media, website content, SEO, Google/Meta ads, and online lead generation. Advises on service positioning, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, and client acquisition strategies. Develops brand visibility initiatives and maintains a consistent brand identity across all platforms. Creates marketing materials and project showcases to support sales, tenders, and business development. Monitors digital and general marketing performance and provides reports to guide improvements.
