About us:
At ARYAN INVESTMENTS NZ LIMITED T/A Flame Pizza- Henderson, Auckland, we are looking for TWO Retail Sales Assistants at our Henderson store with an immediate start.
At ‘Flame Pizza- Henderson we serve a range of Pizza, Chips, drinks, and other dishes.
Great food, great staff.
 We are an exceptional team, and we need like-minded people to join us now.
 
You key Responsibilities include:

Greet customers and help them to choose the food (If needed)
Determining customer requirements, and dietary needs and advising on products, price and estimated time the food will be ready.
Explaining to customers the food items on the menu and the ingredients
Selling food, beverages and accepting payment from customers by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices
Closing point of sale end of the day to match transactions and cash in the till.
Listen to customer complaints and try to resolve them otherwise refer to Duty Manager/Manager.   
Packing and wrapping food as per the company policy before handing it over to the customer
Participating in stock takes from time to time and assisting in ongoing management of stock.

Able to handle Uber Eats, Menu Log, and Doordash orders and keep the order ready in a timely manner.

Able to handle online orders from the website of Flames Pizza Henderson and keep the order ready in a timely manner.

keep the retail space tidy and clean.
Other duties that may be allocated as required.

 
Requirements:
·         One year of relevant work experience is preferred but not essential.
Detailed training will be provided to the selected candidate.
·         Basic communication skills
·         Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.
·         Motivational and leadership skills.

·         Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.
·         Reliable and flexible to change.
·         Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
·         Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
·         Able to lift weights to 25kg.

 
Please note that this is a full-time position with rostered/split shifts, including weekends.
The applicant should be available on the rostered shifts, including weekends.
 Although experience will be preferred, it is not essential.
Training will be provided to the selected candidate
