**Position**: Retail Sales Assistant

**Number of Positions**: 2 (Hiring now Immediate Start)

**Full-Time Permanent** Positions Flames Pizza
- Henderson

**Hours**: Minimum 30 hours per week.

**Salary**: NZD$ 29.70/- per hour

- Henderson, Auckland, we are looking for TWO Retail Sales Assistants at our Henderson store with an immediate start. At ‘Flame Pizza
- Henderson we serve a range of Pizza, Chips, drinks, and other dishes. Great food, great staff. We are an exceptional team, and we need like-minded people to join us now.

**You key Responsibilities include**:

- Greet customers and help them to choose the food (If needed)
- Determining customer requirements, and dietary needs and advising on products, price and estimated time the food will be ready.
- Explaining to customers the food items on the menu and the ingredients
- Selling food, beverages and accepting payment from customers by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices
- Closing point of sale end of the day to match transactions and cash in the till.
- Listen to customer complaints and try to resolve them otherwise refer to Duty Manager/Manager.
- Packing and wrapping food as per the company policy before handing it over to the customer
- Participating in stock takes from time to time and assisting in ongoing management of stock.
- Able to handle Uber Eats, Menu Log, and Doordash orders and keep the order ready in a timely manner.
- Able to handle online orders from the website of Flames Pizza Henderson and keep the order ready in a timely manner.
- keep the retail space tidy and clean.
- Other duties that may be allocated as required.

**Requirements**:

- Basic communication skills
- Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.
- Motivational and leadership skills.
- Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.
- Reliable and flexible to change.
- Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
- Able to lift weights to 25kg.
