Responsibilities
Lead efforts to secure early funding for production costs, including outreach to potential investors and partners.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to align funding strategies with the project’s vision and production timeline.
Oversee financial planning, ensuring all investments are managed transparently via a dedicated repayment account.
Maintain active communication with interested distributors and facilitate negotiations as needed.
Contribute to the creative direction and strategic planning of the docuseries and future productions.
Support the team in meeting key milestones to ensure timely completion of the pilot episode.
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Producer or in a senior production role within documentary or film projects.
Strong track record of securing funding or investment for media productions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of the documentary production process, from development through post-production.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and financial teams.
Familiarity with international co-productions and distributor relations is highly desirable.
Based in Spain or able to work remotely with availability for key meetings and production milestones.
Immediate availability to begin work and commit through early 2026.
