Equipment Hire Manager Wanted
Work Location: Auckland Region
Employment type: Full time (minimum 40 hours/per week, Monday to Sunday), Permanent role
Your pay: $32.00 - $32.00 per hour depending on your experience and skills
We are a well-established truck rental and hiring company located in Auckland.
We are seeking an  Equipment Hire Manager to mdanage and control the overall operations of equipment hire operation and take the responsibility to provide leadership for the whole team. 
Ideal candidate must have a relevant level 4 qualification or at least 2 years experience in the same field/industry.
You are required to:
·       Manage the operational and administrative functions of the business to make sure all vehicle rentals are being carried out according to company policy.
·       Manage and lead the admin, site and yard team to ensure productivity levels are maintained.
·       Co-ordinate all hire tasks including customer quotes, hire contracts, sales invoices and sub-contract agreements.

·       Oversee staff recruiting/performance reviewing activities, schedule equipment hire, keep records, and order supplies when needed.

·       Co-ordinate within the team to assess client needs, develop and create plans to ensure that the company can provide clients with punctual and cost-effective solutions for scaffolding hire.
·       Briefing the team on the scope of services to be delivered and handing over all necessary information to relevant personnel for their work arrangements ensuring the hire process is completed as expected by the clients.
·       Manage the preparation of orders and equipment including processing with the yard team and managing paperwork.
·       Managing relationships with key clients and sub-contractors, serving as the company’s representative in negotiations and at official and unofficial business occasions.
·       Promoting and marketing business whenever possible in order to further promote the equipment available.
