The Opportunity:
They are currently seeking an upbeat, proactive Client Solutions Administrator to provide support for their busy Client Solutions team.
In this role you will be undertaking a range of administrative support work, including data entry, managing a variety of queries, some simple event planning, building relationships with vendors and delivering administrative assistance for both onboarding and post-sales support.
The role will require an organized, switched on administrator, with piles of initiative, who is keen to add value to a team and will thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The team is positive, vibrant and hardworking and they are keen to secure a likeminded team member to play a key role in supporting their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Client Solutions Team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
(Hub Spot)
Manage queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support as needed.
Support post-sale activities to address client needs.
Help coordinate sales events and initiatives to foster strong customer relationships.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and enhance client solutions.
About You:
You have a background in administrative support and are excited to contribute to a team.
Have speedy, accurate administration / processing skills
You are confident with systems and skilled in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Self-motivated, with oodles of initiative and common sense.
Strong communication and relationship building skills.
You are process-driven, with an eye for detail
Proactive and hardworking and keen to grow within the company.
The Hours
Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work your 8-hour shift between 7am and 5:30pm.

A base salary in the range of $60 K - $70 K neg on experience and a KPI driven bonus structure bringing your on-target earnings to circa $80 K
