Subway is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team and help us deliver delicious sandwiches and outstanding service to our valued customers.
As a Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shifts, leading a team of sandwich artists to success.
This is a full-time role wiht guranteed minimum 30 hours of work per week. 
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule work, supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service. 
Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality and adherence to Subway standards. 
Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock. 
Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports. 
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. 
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

 
Role Requirements: 

Previous experience in a similar role within the fast-food industry or a relevant qualification. 
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide guidance to team members. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. 
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
