Our Client, based on Leeston, Canterbury is seeking an enthusiastic Baker. Night Shift work starts at 9.30 PM at night and finishes in the morning Minimum 2 years of previous baking experience in a bakery, OR Level 4 Relevant Qualification. Salary $25-$30 Depending on Experience. This is a permanent position, minimum 32 hours per week (extra hours may be required based on production up to 45 per week ). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Mixing and baking require daily levels of all bakery products. Making traditional Sri Lankan bakery products. Baking requires daily levels of Cakes and other products. Confident working independently in a self-directed environment Ensure that all food products are prepared in compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines and general health and safety practices in the workplace. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. We are the only Sri Lankan Bakery in Canterbury.
