Es Plastics is an established plastics manufacturing company based in Hamilton.
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to assist with the company's quality management systems (QMS).
Ensuring that products meet customer and regulatory requirements by maintaining quality documentation, support auditing activities, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across production and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the QMS.
Analyse and review existing systems and procures.
Implement new systems and procedures to support the QMS.
Develop and maintain inspection and testing procedures,check sheets, and visual standards.
Control and update quality documentation, including SOPs, forms, and specifications.
Investigate all non-conformances and support all root cause analysis and corrective actions. 
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure calibration of inspection and measuring equipment is up to date
Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
Develop and support training initiatives for quality standards and procedures. 
Communicate quality-related findings and updates effectively across departments. 
Our ideal candidate will have:
minimum 3 years of experience in QMS for plastics (or similar) manufacturing
experience working in ISO-9001
40 hours per week.
