About the Role Are you a critical thinker who can prioritise work effectively?Confidently work autonomously with the strong decision-making skills?Can you communicate effectively with both tech and non tech people?Experience with complex test environments for both Manual and Automation?Well versed with both Test Complete and Zephyr Day to Day Responsibilities Test Planning and Design - develop test plans and test cases from requirements and prepare test data Test Execution - functional, non-functional, and regression testing Defect Management - identify, document and track defects.
Maintain and update documentation of testing processes and outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high quality releases Any experience working with IVR, realtime or cutsomer interaction platforms would be highly advantageous.
