The role/Te mahi We are seeking an Enterprise Identity and Data Architect to shape the future of identity and data architecture at the University of Otago.
In this key role, you will: Develop and maintain identity and data strategies that align with the University's objectives.
Design and implement scalable identity and data integration solutions.
Drive innovation by adopting forward-thinking technologies and best practices.
Provide strategic architectural guidance to ensure security, efficiency, and compliance.
Work collaboratively to enhance identity and data services across the University.
This role offers the opportunity to work in one of New Zealand's largest enterprise IT environments, tackling complex challenges and delivering meaningful impact.
Your skills and experience/Kā Pūkeka Me Kā Wheako Qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Expertise in implementing scalable identity and data solutions.
Proven ability to develop and enforce architectural standards.
Familiarity with a range of frameworks and deep knowledge of identity technologies.
While not required, experience in higher education or a similarly complex environment would be highly advantageous.

The appointments range for this role is $131,301 to $143,689, top of range $152,980, per annum.
