The Hired Guns are seeking an accomplished Program Director to lead and monitor daily project activities for an innovative product-forward digital agency.

Their client roster is rapidly growing, and they’re looking for a talented individual who is product and build-focused to be the head Program Director and steer a blend of production and program for major-name clients.
You will be the focal point for tactical leadership and work with one foot in Product and the other foot in Advertising.
As Program Director, you must meet deliverable requirements, assess change and risk management, and oversee a number of hybrid client teams.
You will also forge strong partnerships with key internal stakeholders and department heads to build unified relationships between Program Management, Client Services, and Technology.
In short, this role requires you to be a thought leader in the company — you will help others understand market trends and translate them into viable service offerings.

You have 8+ years of related experience in a digital or software-development organization and 4+ years of interactive or product management experience.
A background leading and structuring multi-million dollar engagements with parallel work streams — spanning design, development, social engagements, media, and marketing — is a must.
It’s great if you’ve worked in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier-consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
You have a proven ability to manage long-term, multi-million-dollar engagements with many project tracks and teams, and you have a firm command of project management processes and methodologies.
You possess a strong working understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, and you have strong skills with Jira, Figma, and Smart Sheets (or equivalents).
You love staying up-to-date on industry trends, and you’re always on the lookout for new ways to push work forward.
It’s a given that you have a strong ability to manage junior staff and set client expectations.
At the end of the day (or project), you make sure that everyone’s satisfied.
You lead by example and enjoy nurturing new talent.
