What you will do: Lead overall data engineering strategy and direction for the company.
Drive technical choices and align projects with business objectives.

About the role: We're looking for a Head of Data Engineer within our Digital and Technology team.
We build and manage all of the digital solutions across Les Mills that serve over 23k clubs, 100k instructors, and 500k Movers.
Skills and experience you'll need: Design and implement robust ELT pipelines: Utilize modern best practices and tools such as Fivetran and dbt to ingest and transform data in our Snowflake data warehouse.
Implement Data Governance and Engineering best practices including CI/CD pipelines, Terraform configurations, and PII data deletion frameworks.
Ensure reliable data flows: Liaise with data producers across the LMI ecosystem to maintain quality, consistency, and safety.
Collaborate with leadership: Work closely with the Head of Analytics and Head of Machine Learning to build data pipelines that feed critical analytics and predictive ML-based systems.
