About Corporate Advisory Services Our Corporate Advisory Services team at BDO Christchurch is a unique blend of both Deal Advisory and Business Restructuring, offering exposure to a wide variety of work and industries.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with Partners who are the national leaders in their area who will provide strong guidance and leadership.
THE ROLEThis exciting role will provide you with a challenging and rewarding career.
As part of our Deal Advisory team, you will be involved in evaluating and advising on a range of interesting and challenging projects.
This is an opportunity to step in and lead, make a genuine impact both for our clients and within the team environment.
CA or CFA qualified, you will have had five or more years work experience in a Deal Advisory/Corporate Finance, Insolvency and Turnaround, Audit or BAS role to cement your understanding of financial concepts in both written and verbal format.
Duties & Responsibilities You will be assisting team members with providing specialist advice, preparation of project data books and report writing in the following areas: Due Diligence (buy side and sell side); Share and Business valuations; Financial model preparation and review; Merger and Acquisitions; Litigation support; Investigating accountant reviews; Equity raising and debt financing; IFRS valuation and impairment reviews.
