Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the dealership's financial performance and identifying strategic opportunities for growth Leading new and used vehicle sales across multiple brands Managing and developing a dedicated team to ensure all dealership functions are optimally supported Building strong relationships with key stakeholders Implementing effective marketing strategies Ensuring high standards of aftersales activities and corporate dealer compliance Enhancing customer experiences across all facets of the business This role provides the autonomy to lead and drive dealership success, supported by an experienced Operations Manager.

Skills/Experience Required:3+ years in Retail Automotive Sales Management Strong operational and strategic sales knowledge Comprehensive understanding of Parts and Service operations Excellent communication skills Armstrong's represents some of the most distinguished automotive brands.
