Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets and proprietary technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations.
Roles and Responsibilities Client Impact: Manage deliverable development and multiple workstreams on projects across a range of industries.
Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns for large regional and global clients.
Manage working relationships with client managers.
Team Collaboration & Culture: Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations.
Plan, organize, and structure work for self and junior consultants.
Lead team and external meetings, and co-lead project management.
Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to build the firm's intellectual capital.
Coach junior consultants to enable ownership of project management.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting or related fields.
Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders.
Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills in English.
Eligibility to work in the country of application.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in marketing and campaign projects.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience coaching junior delivery consultants.
MBA or master’s degree with specialization in marketing or digital (not required).
