Gatto's Crepes & Café Bar in Queenstown CBD is looking for a cook to help prepare our sweet and savory dishes such as crepes, churros, pastries and other menu items. Tasks include cooking, baking and decorating pastries, cakes and biscuits, keeping the kitchen clean, and working as part of a small team. Full time position, 30 to 40 hours per week, hourly rate $26 - $32 depending on skills. Gatto's Crepes & Café Bar in Queenstown CBD is looking for a full time  cook to support kitchen operations in a small cafe team. The role focuses on sweet preparations and a light menu. Main duties include: Preparing, cooking and presenting sweet and savoury menu items such as crepes, churros, desserts and seasonal specials. Baking and decorating pastries, tarts, cakes, and biscuits. Following recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and quality. Monitoring stock and storing ingredients safely according to MPI's "Simply Safe & Suitable" food plan. Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food-safety standars. Assisting in keeping the café and dining area tidy and welcoming. Working collaboratively as part of a small team. Full-time permanent position (30-40 hours per week). Hourly rate $26 - $32 depending on skills and experience.
