Redpath has partnered with a major client-side development group in their search for a Senior Project Manager.
This role is responsible for overseeing and delivering key projects across the group’s development portfolio.
Involved from initial concept through to project completion you will lead the internal project consulting team, along with overseeing external consultants.
The Responsibilities Of The Role Will Include Overseeing all project activities, throughout complete project life-cycle Excellent communication with all stakeholders Understanding all elements of project delivery on site Working in complex live construction environments Leading the internal consulting team Manage external consultants optimising best practice and construction delivery Suitable Candidates Will Have The Following Experience MUST have experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor (Delivering vertical construction)High level of communication skills, proven collaborative ability with demonstrated skills in leading complex negotiations with multiple stakeholders Proven track record in Project Management overseeing projects throughout the complete design/construction delivery life cycle Stable employment history showing your ability to develop and grow within past employment Experience in delivering large scale projects to the value of $150m or greater Ability to handle complex sites with existing live environments Benefits Competitive salary $250,000 + Kiwisaver Excellent established support team, all tools required to thrive in the role Strong pipeline of future work, secure long-term opportunity Challenging and complex projects to add to your project portfolio.
