About the Role: As a Technical Product Owner working alongside our Platform team and customers, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how our customers modernise their core banking platforms.
You'll leverage your deep understanding of banking processes and your technical expertise to enable a modernised platform that supports our customer’s future ambitions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for our digital banking platform, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex banking requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Prioritise and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-value features.
Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of new features.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation in digital banking.
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and expectations.
About You: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum environments.
Excellent knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital products in the financial sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
