Salary circa $112k depending on experience
Oxfam Aotearoa is a dynamic organisation dedicated to creating a just, inclusive, and sustainable world by addressing the root causes of poverty and injustice. Moving beyond the traditional charity model, Oxfam collaborates with partners to empower communities, advocate for systemic change, and respond to humanitarian crises. Guided by core values of courage (Māia), justice (Tika), and connectedness (Manaaki), the organisation prioritises equity and self-determination, particularly through its commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
Oxfam's work spans advocacy, international development, and fundraising efforts supported by generous donors and institutional partnerships. With a bold vision for transformative change, Oxfam inspires collective action to challenge power structures and build a fairer future for all.

The Individual Giving Manager will provide leadership, management, and direction to the Regular Giving and Direct Marketing Coordinators to deliver a substantial portion of the organisation's public fundraising revenue.
You will need the following:- Minimum of 4 years' fundraising management experience including experience in managing at least one of the aspects of individual giving funding streams
