Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising Talent Recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ending poverty and injustice in Aotearoa and globally.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in face-to-face and telefundraising, preferably within the not-for-profit sector. They will be responsible for managing and motivating teams to achieve fundraising objectives.

The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and a proven track record of success in performance management approaches and techniques.
