Mō te tūranga | About the role

The Commission's Economics function has evolved into a centralised operating model, delivering high-quality economic advice and input to our regulatory branches, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and to Commissioners.

In this role, you will lead and support the development and implementation of the Economics Function's strategic framework. You will oversee planning processes, including business plans, budget setting, and responses to Ministerial expectations.

  • Experience developing and enhancing accountability frameworks, processes, performance measurement and reporting within the public sector
