Key accountabilities of the role…

  • Operational and financial management of restaurant performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded wherever possible.
  • Driving sales and key business objectives through working with sales goals and participating in marketing activities
  • Outstanding customer serviceability
  • Leading aspects of recruitment, training, and coaching of Assistant Managers and Crew Members

Do you have?

  • A current full driver's license
  • Hospitality or Fast Food Industry experience
  • Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience managing at a high-volume level
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including late nights and weekends
  • Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
