Full Job Description: From concrete, steel and hardware for the foundation, precut/prenail frames, timber, external and internal linings, trusses, roofing, decking and landscaping, they have got both the Group house builders and the serious DIYs covered.

They pride themselves on their team culture carrying 30+ staff on their site and maintain a customer service record 2nd to none. Due to strong growth and expansion, they have a need for someone with strong communication, a positive attitude, and a good sense of humour in the role of Sales Rep. A technical understanding of building and materials is a must, with the ability to read and understand plans. The successful candidate should possess excellent time management skills, have a great attitude, be a team player, and enjoy picking up the phone.

The successful person will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term client relationships with all customers, specifically key customers while meeting sales targets.

They are a supportive team, and it is expected the successful candidate will be adaptable and flexible.

The person we seek will have:

  • Strong communication and exceptional customer service skills.
  • The ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and contribute to their ongoing development.
  • A willingness to partake in necessary training and development to learn new products.
  • Accurately complete all records, computer notes, sales transactions and paperwork so that the Company can effectively track sales and extract accurate sales data.
  • Ensure all clients, particularly key clients, are happy, satisfied, and positive about the products, advice, information, and service provided and are happy to refer other business to the Company.
  • Good awareness of Health and safety protocols and policies.
